Wide-ranging and articulated project of Zaches Teatro from which the show Sandokan was born and which involves subjects seeking political asylum: a small, variegated and multicultural theatrical community.
The journey began in November 2016 as an opportunity to reflect on the concept of community today and currently continues branching out into various declinations involving migrants, workers in the performing arts, public schools in Scandicci and Florence, local bodies and associations, and citizens, in an attempt to create an active and constant dialogue and encounter for building a bridge between different languages and cultures through art and theater.
