Pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 125-129, Law 124/2017.

In compliance with the provisions of Art. 9, paragraphs 2 and 3 of Decree Law August 8, 2013, No. 91, converted by Law No. 112 of October 7, 2013, as amended, it is hereby announced that the President and Legal Representative of the Cultural Association Zaches Teatro, Luana Gramegna, does not receive any remuneration for the activity of Artistic Direction, nor are there any other paid executive positions, in any capacity conferred.

All of the positions listed below were conferred by Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders on 12/01/2021, with a three-year term, so the expiration of the terms is determined as January 11, 2024.

Secretary and artistic director: Francesco Givone (resume) - free assignment, effective 12/01/2021 to 11/01/2024
